We are looking for a customer-oriented and trust worthy Roving Cashier, who will be responsible for handling payment transactions, process payments and assists customers while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. He/She must be flexible and willing to travel between park locations/branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receives and validates, customers’ payments, remittances from Sales Counselors and Park Services Staff/Officers.
- Verifies status of accounts prior to acceptance of payments to ensure that payments is in order and in accordance with existing company policies and guidelines.
- Prepares Deposit Slips for all cash collections and checks received for verifications by the Senior Assistant Manager.
- Safeguards and protects all undeposited collections and other company funds in the cashier’s drawer and vault under lock and key.
- Serves as Cashier – reliever in MMP whenever the need arises
- Performs other related duties as assigned from time to time.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures, including those regarding cash handling and security.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business course.
- Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role.
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Must be willing to be re-assigned to any MMP Park when necessary.
