The Marketing Assistant shall be responsible for providing support to the Sales & Marketing Department with their marketing efforts, from social media to email marketing to event planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in releasing of forms, e.g sales Maps, as may be required by the Sales Force.
- Prepares Sales Maps for attachment to accepted Offer to Purchase (OTP).
- Release signed Offer to Purchase.
- Encodes all necessary entries in the computer/lot files, updates sales map for lots sold.
- Answers promptly inquiries of customers. Sales Counselors and other Company personnel regarding the availability of lots and sales promos of MMP Dasmarinas, and coordinates to Head Sales Office Map Section for other sales matter of inquiries.
- Conducts training seminars in MMP Dasmarinas (Park Sales Office) for the Company’s would-be sales agents.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate preferably Marketing. Communications or any related field.
- With at least 3 years of experience in Marketing or Administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Possesses strong organizational, research and communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for details and accuracy.
