We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Officer who will be primarily responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. He/she will be assigned to MMP’s Dasmariñas Park and will report directly to the Park Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and refer issues to the appropriate MMP department for resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with the MMP personnel to ensure seamless service delivery, particularly during interment services.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and emphatically.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to be assigned to other MMP Parks.
